About Us

Bart & Debbie Goodwin are celebrating their seventh season with The Secret Garden.

Included in this family business their son, Adam has worked the garden for five years helping with many aspects of the business and holds the fort down for us when needed, in addition to neighbors and friends.

It is with heavy heart and great sadness that we lost our "official" greeter QUINCY on Friday November 25, 2011. Quincy turned 15 in October of this year and we had many years of joy and wonderful memories with him. For those of you who visited and knew Quincy thanks for always bringing him a treat, a pat on the head, or just asking about him in his later years. He loved coming to work everyday, but he will be forever in our hearts and we'll have a special place for him at the entrance of our Garden.

Year-after-year we strive to make enhancements to the property in order to make our customer's visits more enjoyable. We thank our current customers for continuing to support us and we invite new customers to visit. We're sure you won't be disappointed.

Kathleen Garnica is our resident Master Gardener that maintains our beautiful garden beds. Without her we'd be lost. Thank you Kathleen for the hours of work you painstakingly put into our Garden.

A special thanks to Kathleen Garnica, Master Gardener who keeps us in check every year by maintaining and nurturing our garden beds and tending to all of our "outdoor" garden needs. She's a wealth of knowledge, information, and suggestions and we'd be lost without her. Stop by the garden and meet Kathleen, if you have any questions about gardening she will be happy to assist.
